In accordance with Seligman (2002), motivation relates to character or human signature strength. Humans will never be omnipotent, but they are capable of doing their small advisable to help with omnipotence, and, consequently, find meaning in your everyday living. Meaning needs to be larger than the individual. A contented and meaningful/purposeful life is using your strengths to forward power. Power is a useful one knowledge. Happiness is well-being. Different cognitive and social tasks serve different motivations towards fulfillment. Motivation contributes to human development. Types of motivations are self-efficacy, self-determination and self-realization and intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. Motivation can be a person’s own perception of controlling external events.

Also, manager’s leadership is critical for motivating employees’ performance. In accordance with Frey’s principles of leadership and motivation:

1. Workers need their work to be meaningful, to generate sense. An idea from the real picture is easily the most motivating factor.

2. It is necessary that we now have no organizational secrets among all employees are workers of your organization. Everyone has to be superior about conditions and changes.

3. Workers who’re associated with making decisions, in turn, that they like to battle more responsibilities.
