In accordance with Seligman (2002), motivation relates to character or human signature strength. 1. Workers need their work to be meaningful, to generate sense. An idea from the real picture is easily the most motivating factor.

2. It is necessary that we now have no organizational secrets among all employees are workers of your organization. Everyone has to be superior about conditions and changes.

3. Workers who’re associated with making decisions, in turn, that they like to battle more responsibilities.
